I have several years of experience in product thinking and product design for SaaS. I design user-centric solutions by incorporating strategic research and data-driven empathy.
I have designed & supported developement of a range of products from HR tools, Payment, Compliance, Dashboards and more from small iterations to full end to end workflows on Web & Mobile platforms. My contributions have gone beyond to build product visions, product/marketing landing pages, growth-focused projects and even internal tools.

Building a habit-forming product for restaurant employees to verify their timesheet hours
π» Description: End to end web & mobile workflow from the moment employees clock into their shifts to when timesheets are sent for payroll by Payroll manager / business owners.
π Impact: Overall weekly retention of 85% adopted by 65% of users through organic discovery of feature.
π Key learning: Solve hollistically to improve ease-of-use for end to end workflows. Don't just design features.
Building trust through pay transparency for restaurant managers & employees
π± Description: Mobile App feature designed for 7shifts to provide simple and transparent reporting of earnings for tipped restaurant workers from complex calculations.
π Impact: Unlocked more sales & revenue for selling Tip Pooling product to restaurant businesses.
π‘ Key learning: Complicated problems need technical precision, but complex problems require iterative learningβembrace uncertainty, test boldly, and adapt with user insights.
Improving operational efficiency for restaurant managers by building a mobile attendance dashboard
π Description: Mobile App product designed for 7shifts to provide an attendance dashboard for restaurant managers to track who is scheduled for the day, who is clocked in, out, or missed a shift.
ποΈ Impact: 95% of customers who used this feature reported improved efficiency in operations.
π¨ Key Learning: The winning combination of beautiful well-crafted UI backed with user research, creates delight and functionality in product.
UX Research: Time Clocking discovery research, finding opportunities to influence product strategy
π Description: This case study highlights 3 UX research projects from discovery to insight and competitor analysis, with a user-centric approach, done over the span of one year, to influence product roadmap & strategy for improving user trust in 7shift's labor data.
πImpact: Identified areas of opportunity and impact in prioritizing critical user experiences to increase user trust and connect workflows. This reasearch provided the foundation for design decisions in 4 end to end shipped workflows.
πͺπ» Key Learning: Embracing research as a tool to design not what we think people need and find conviction, but to discover what truly matters to the user. a Well-researched and documented problem, can cut hours of doubt, debate and guess work.
