I have several years of experience in product thinking and product design for SaaS. I design user-centric solutions by incorporating strategic research and data-driven empathy.
I have designed & supported developement of a range of products from HR tools, Payment, Compliance, Dashboards and more from small iterations to full end to end workflows on Web & Mobile platforms. My contributions have gone beyond to inform product vision and roadmap, product/marketing landing pages, growth-focused projects and even internal tools.

Building a habit-forming product for restaurant employees to verify their timesheet hours

Building trust through pay transparency for restaurant managers & employees
๐ฑ Description: iOS & Android shipped experience to solve the problem of transparency of earnings for tipped restaurant employees, when tips were shared using complex calculations between all team members per custom restaurant rules.
๐ Impact: Unlocked sales and revenue for selling Tip Pooling product to restaurant businesses.

Improving operational efficiency for restaurant managers by building a mobile attendance dashboard
๐ Description: Mobile App dashboard experience providing an attendance tracker for restaurant managers to track who is scheduled for the day, who is clocked in, out, or missed a shift to take actions in improving on-the-floor management.
๐๏ธ Impact: 95% of customers who used this feature reported improved efficiency in operations. Plus 35% Increase in usage of 7shifts' labor features.

UX Research to increase customer trust in 7shifts labor data
๐ Description: This case study highlights 3 UX research projects from discovery , quantitative and qualitative research, insight synthesis and competitor analysis, with a user-centric approach, done over the span of one year, to influence product roadmap & strategy for improving user trust in 7shifts' labor data.
๐Impact: Identified areas for optimization, shaped product strategy and roadmap for different teams in increasing user trust and connect disjointed workflows. This research provided the foundation for design decisions in 4 end to end shipped workflows.
