I have several years of experience in designing digital experiences. I have designed and supported the development of multiple 0 to 1 products in the SaaS space. My method incorporates user research, data-backed decision making, as well as ideation in forming solutions.

Building a habit-forming product for restaurant employees to verify their timesheet hours
π»π± Description: End-to-end iOS, Android & web workflow of shipped product. Solving the problems of transparency, compliance and payroll accuracy between restaurant employees and managers.
π Impact: Overall weekly retention of 85% adopted by 65% of users through organic discovery of the feature.
π Key learning: Solve holistically to improve ease-of-use for end-to-end workflows. Don't just design features.
Building trust through pay transparency for restaurant managers & employees
π± Description: iOS & Android shipped experience to solve the problem of transparency of earnings for tipped restaurant employees, when tips were shared using complex calculations between all team members per custom restaurant rules.
π Impact: Unlocked sales and revenue for selling Tip Pooling product to restaurant businesses.
π‘ Key learning: How to deal with ambiguity in Design when we don't have accuracy in our data.

Improving operational efficiency for restaurant managers by building a mobile attendance dashboard
π Description: Mobile App dashboard experience providing an attendance tracker for restaurant managers to track who is scheduled for the day, who is clocked in, out, or missed a shift to take actions in improving on-the-floor management.
ποΈ Impact: 95% of customers who used this feature reported improved efficiency in operations. Plus 35% Increase in usage of 7shifts' labor features.
π¨ Key Learning: The winning combination of beautiful well-crafted UI backed with user research, creates delight and functionality in product.

UX Research to increase customer trust in 7shifts labor data
π Description: This case study highlights 3 UX research projects from discovery, quantitative and qualitative research, insight synthesis and competitor analysis, with a user-centric approach, done over the span of one year, to influence product roadmap & strategy for improving user trust in 7shifts' labor data.
πImpact: Identified areas for optimization, shaped product strategy and roadmap for different teams in increasing user trust and connecting disjointed workflows. This research provided the foundation for design decisions in 4 end-to-end shipped workflows.
πͺπ» Key Learning: Embracing research as a tool to design not what we think people need and find conviction, but to discover what truly matters to the user. A well-researched and documented problem can accelerate product delivery and lead to functional, impactful experiences.
